By booking or attending any OK Mahj Society event, you agree to the following terms: All bookings must be paid in full to reserve your spot, and seats are not guaranteed until payment is received. Invoices are time-sensitive and may expire if not paid promptly. Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the event will receive a refund; within 48 hours, all sales are final. As part of Mahjong etiquette, if you are unable to attend, we encourage you to send a substitute in your place and gift someone the art of playing. OK Mahj Society reserves the right to reschedule or modify events as needed, and if an event is canceled by us, a credit or rescheduled date will be provided. Certain events, including leagues, require a minimum number of participants to run, and if minimums are not met, the event may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion. By attending, you consent to photography and video being taken for marketing and promotional purposes. We are committed to creating a welcoming and respectful environment, and disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund. Participation is voluntary, and you assume responsibility for your personal belongings, safety, and well-being; OK Mahj Society and its partners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages. Events may be hosted at third-party locations, and while we partner with trusted businesses, we are not responsible for venue-specific conditions or services.
